You will need a valid credit card to place a reservation (unless you have an existing account). If the credit card won’t be available for imprint by the driver either at the pickup or drop-off location, we must then get a credit card authorization form by fax or email from the credit card holder.
2 hours minimum in advance notice (for service between 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM) is required. For pickup service between 12:00 AM & 8:00 AM, 8 hours in advance request might be required.
