Art Basel is the Northern American component of a series of international art fairs, the others held in Basel, Switzerland and Hong Kong. The event features significant paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs and films.

Works from masters of Modern and contemporary art are displayed alongside those from exciting, up and coming artists. Pieces are drawn from 250 leading galleries from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
